An Act amending the act of August 23, 1967 (P.L.251, No.102), known as the Economic Development Financing Law, further providing for definitions, for financing authority indebtedness and financing and for prohibitions; establishing the Commonwealth Tax Increment Financing Loan Guarantee Program and the Pennsylvania Opportunity Fund Oversight Committee; providing for reporting; making an appropriation; and making editorial changes.
