An Act amending the act of May 17, 1921 (P. L. 682, No. 284), known as "The Insurance Company Law of 1921," providing for insurance index bureau for detection of fraud and abuse; requiring insurance companies to disclose certain data; providing for the review of rate filings and for compliance with requests for data and information; providing for a liability underwriting services plan and for a notice of intent to withdraw; and providing for penalties.
