Henry, Paul L. and Deborah K. Baker, Michael R. and Jeanne M. Henry, Lynn A. and Kimberly R. Henry, Leland W. Henry, Sr., and Leland W. Henry, Jr., all of Middlecreek Township, Somerset County, Pennsylvania, and their heirs and assigns; authorizing the release of Project 70 restrictions on certain land owned by the Lehighton Water Authority, Township of Penn Forest, Carbon County, to provide access right-of-way to John A. Wargo, et al. "Apollo Associates"; and making a repeal.
