A Resolution expressing condolences on the passing of Pittsburgh Battalion Chief Charles G. Brace and Master Firefighter Richard A. Stefanakis who lost their lives in fighting a fire at the Ebenezer Baptist Church in Pittsburgh's Hill District, commending the heroism and valor of the men and women who fought the Ebenezer Baptist Church fire and recognizing the members of the Ebenezer Baptist Church.
