An Act amending the act of April 12, 1951 (P.L.90, No.21), known as the Liquor Code, further providing for hotel, restaurant and club liquor licenses, for malt and brewed beverages retail licenses and for revocation and suspension of licenses and fines; providing for the surrender of a license for benefit of the licensee; and further providing for unlawful acts relative to liquor, malt and brewed beverages and licensees.
