Short Title:
An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further defining "police officer"; further providing for the offenses of murder, voluntary manslaughter, involuntary manslaughter and simple assault and for sentencing procedure for murder of the first degree; providing for sentences for offenses committed against police officer; and requiring persons who are convicted of offenses committed against police officers to register certain information with the Pennsylvania State Police.
