Short Title:

An Act establishing the Supplemental Individual Assistance Program for individuals suffering losses because of the floods of 1999 and the resulting flood emergency; authorizing grants to counties and municipalities for housing acquisition of certain properties; providing for payment of the Commonwealth's share to secure individual assistance from the Federal Government; and establishing the Flood and Severe Storm Victims Assistance Program for individuals suffering losses because of the floods and severe storms of 1996 through 1999.
