An Act amending Title 4 (Amusements) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing, as relates to gaming, for legislative intent and for definitions; providing, as relates to gaming, for establishment of the Unit of Gaming Enforcement in the Office of the Attorney General and for applicability of other statutes; further providing, as relates to gaming, for general and specific powers of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, for regulatory authority of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, for slot machine accounting controls and audits and for license or permit issuance; providing, as relates to gaming, for copies of applications and reports; and further providing, as relates to gaming, for enforcement.
