An Act amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for commission accountability; establishing a new habitat improvement account within the Game Fund; and further providing for the use of the Game Fund, for the appropriation and audit of moneys, for powers and duties of enforcement officers, for certain forms of fine payment, for nonpayment of fines, for acknowledgment of guilt and receipt for payment and for arrest of nonresident, for killing game or wildlife to protect property, for additional classes of licenses, for license costs and fees, for unlawful taking or possession of game or wildlife, for disabled person permits and for arrows for cross bows.
