An Act amending the act of June 26, 2001 (P.L.755, No.77), known as the Tobacco Settlement Act, further providing, in health investment, for the Tobacco Settlement Fund, for the Health Account and for use of the fund; further providing, in universal research enhancement, for definitions, for health research, for administration, for peer review, for use of funds, for National Institutes of Health funding and for National Cancer Institute funding; further providing, in hospital uncompensated care, for definitions, for eligibility and payment, for reimbursement and for total funding; and providing, in health investment insurance, for use of funds.
