Short Title:
An Act amending the act of April 14, 1931 (P. L. 38, No. 30), entitled, as amended, "An act regulating the removal or dismissal of policemen and firemen in cities of the second class A, and the removal of policemen in cities of the second class," providing for certain personnel actions in relation to police officers convicted of driving under the influence.
