An Act amending the act of March 4, 1971 (P.L.6, No.2), known as the Tax Reform Code of 1971, further providing, in sales and use tax, for imposition of tax, for computation of tax and for alternative imposition of tax and credits; providing for the deposit of certain sales tax revenue; increasing the rate of personal income tax; and providing for the deposit of the additional personal income tax revenue.
