Short Title:
A Concurrent Resolution directing the Joint Legislative Air and Water Pollution Control and Conservation Committee to study the issues concerning the environmental, technological, economic and regulatory constraints and problems that may impede the prevention and abatement of hydraulically overloaded municipal sewage treatment facilities as regulated by the current municipal wasteload management regulatory program administered by the Department of Environmental Protection under 25 Pa.Code Ch.94.
