An Act repealing the act of May 24, 1881 (P.L.29, No.32), entitled, "An act defining the power of boards of directors of sub-district schools, of cities of the second class, to provide for the purchasing of lots of ground, erection of school buildings, and other expenses of maintaining schools in their respective districts, and to borrow money for such purposes."
