An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L.177, No.175), entitled The Administrative Code of 1929, requiring all exterior perimeter stations and towers at State correctional institutions to be fully operational at all times; and requiring exterior walls and fences of correctional institutions to be free of debris and properly maintained.
