Amend Bill, page 1, line 5, by inserting after "exclusions"
and providing for municipalities
Amend Bill, page 2, by inserting between lines 6 and 7
Section 2. The act is amended by adding a section to read:
Section 304.1. Municipalities.
A municipality shall provide for the maintenance of the
cemetery grounds. A municipality shall not operate a cemetery
for the purpose of selling plots or burial grounds for profit.
Amend Bill, page 2, line 7, by striking out "2" and inserting
