Amend Bill, page 3, by inserting between lines 21 and 22
(i) Restrictions.--Money appropriated to the commission
shall not be used for the implementation of the program
established under this section without the written confirmation
from the commission to the Secretary of the Budget that there is
no duplicative or similar criminal case victim notification
program or reporting system currently utilized by or under
contract with the commission, or other Commonwealth agency or
entity that supports the program structurally or financially.
