WHICH DOES NOT EXCEED, THE REQUIREMENTS SET" in line 7, all of
line 8 and "AND STATE LAW." in line 9 and inserting
and compliant with the requirements specified under this
section, 49 U.S.C. § 5329 and the associated Federal regulations
set forth and adopted for oversight for each fixed guideway
public transportation system.
Amend Bill, page 10, lines 6 through 10, by striking out "ARE
CONSISTENT WITH, BUT" in line 6 and all of lines 7 through 10
and inserting
are consistent with and compliant with the requirements
specified under this section, 49 U.S.C. § 5329 and the
associated Federal regulations set forth and adopted for
oversight for each fixed guideway public transportation system.
