Amend Bill, page 2, line 3, by striking out "in another
state" and inserting

Amend Bill, page 2, by inserting between lines 3 and 4
(b) Nothing under this section shall be construed to amend
the Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military
Children under section 2 of the Interstate Compact on
Educational Opportunity for Military Children Act.
(c) This section shall only apply to an action taken or to
be taken by an entity located in this Commonwealth, that affects
the rights of a student described under subsection (a).

"Compact student." A student as defined under the Interstate
Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children.

term "public school entity" is" in line 7 and all of line 8 and
inserting
If the term refers to a public school located in this
Commonwealth, the term shall have the same meaning as the term
"public school entity" in section 1183.
