                                     AN ACT

     1  Designating the Nazareth sugar cookie as the official cookie of
     2     the Commonwealth.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5  Section 1.  Official State cookie.
     6     The Nazareth sugar cookie is hereby selected, designated and
     7  adopted as the official cookie of the Commonwealth of
     8  Pennsylvania.
     9  Section 2.  Effective date.
    10     This act shall take effect in 60 days.
