A RESOLUTION
1 Designating June 10, 2007, as "Delaware Valley Vietnam Veterans
2 Day" in Pennsylvania and recognizing the commitment, service
3 and sacrifice of Vietnam veterans.
4 WHEREAS, Delaware Valley Vietnam Veterans is holding the
5 Donald W. Jones annual flag memorial display and ceremony on
6 June 10, 2007, in Falls Township Community Park, Levittown; and
7 WHEREAS, The Commonwealth recognizes and remembers the
8 dedication and honor of Vietnam veterans and joins Delaware
9 Valley Vietnam Veterans in support of American troops past and
10 present; therefore be it
11 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives designate June
1 10, 2007, as "Delaware Valley Vietnam Veterans Day" in
2 Pennsylvania in recognition of the commitment, service and
3 sacrifice of Vietnam veterans; and be it further
4 RESOLVED, That a copy of this resolution be transmitted to
5 Delaware Valley Vietnam Veterans, P.O. Box 615, Levittown PA
6 19058.
