Prohibiting school districts from levying real property tax.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. Real property tax prohibition.

School districts shall not levy real property tax for any

purpose.

Section 2. Effective date.

This act shall take effect June 30, 2010.
