A RESOLUTION
1 Proclaiming July 29, 1990, as "Modeling and Charm School Day" in
2 Pennsylvania.
3 WHEREAS, Modeling and charm schools throughout the
4 Commonwealth play a significant role in enhancing the personal
5 and professional growth and development of young ladies and men;
6 and
7 WHEREAS, The skill and training received imparts knowledge
8 which seeks to enhance one's personal and professional image;
9 and
10 WHEREAS, Such training helps to develop a positive self-
11 image; therefore be it
12 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives hereby proclaims
13 July 29, 1990, as "Modeling and Charm School Day" in
14 Pennsylvania.
