AN ACT
1 Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, prohibiting the hunting or trapping of bobcats.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Title 34 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
6 Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
7 § 2712. Bobcat hunting and trapping prohibited.
8 There shall be no open season for the hunting or trapping of
9 bobcats in this Commonwealth for a period of three years from
10 the effective date of this section.
11 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
