A RESOLUTION
Commemorating the 100th year of the Pennsylvania Farm Show.
WHEREAS, Pennsylvania is the proud host of the largest indoor
agricultural exposition in the nation, the Pennsylvania Farm
Show, home to nearly 6,000 animals, 10,000 competitive exhibits
and 300 commercial exhibits; and
WHEREAS, According to reports from the Hershey Harrisburg
Regional Visitors Bureau, the Pennsylvania Farm Show supports
more than 18,000 jobs and generates an estimated $95 million in
revenue per year for the south-central Pennsylvania region
during the week-long event; and
WHEREAS, The Pennsylvania Farm Show has helped to educate the
next generation of farmers through organizational support,
