AN ACT 1 Providing for the adoption of capital projects to be financed 2 from current revenues of the Boat and Fish Funds. 3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 4 hereby enacts as follows: 5 Section 1. Short title. 6 This act shall be known and may be cited as the Boat and Fish 7 Funds Capital Budget Act for 1988-1989. 8 Section 2. Total authorizations. 9 The total authorizations for the capital projects in the 10 category of public improvement projects itemized in section 3 to 11 be acquired or developed by the Pennsylvania Fish Commission and 12 to be financed from current revenues of the Boat Fund and the 13 Fish Fund pursuant to executive authorizations shall be 14 $5,400,000. 15 Section 3. Itemization of Fish Commission capital projects. 16 The individual capital projects in the category of public 17 improvement projects to be acquired or developed by the
1 Pennsylvania Fish Commission and to be financed from current 2 revenues of the Boat Fund and the Fish Fund pursuant to 3 executive authorizations, are hereby itemized, together with 4 their respective estimated costs, as follows: 5 (1) Bedford County 6 (i) Improvements to Reynoldsdale Fish Culture 7 Station 2,500,000 8 (Fish Fund - $2,500,000) 9 (2) Centre County 10 (i) Improvements to Bellefonte Fish Culture 11 Station 1,000,000 12 (Fish Fund - $1,000,000) 13 (3) Cumberland County 14 (i) Improvements to Big Spring Fish Culture 15 Station 600,000 16 (Fish Fund - $600,000) 17 (4) Erie County 18 (i) Acquisition of Elk Creek Access Area $750,000 19 (Fish Fund - $375,000) 20 (Boat Fund - $375,000) 21 (ii) Improvements to Girard Fish Culture 22 Station 550,000 23 (Fish Fund - $550,000) 24 Section 4.
