1Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2Statutes, further providing for removal of vehicle by or at
3direction of police.

4The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5hereby enacts as follows:

6Section 1. Section 3352 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
7Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:

8§ 3352. Removal of vehicle by or at direction of police.

10(e) Notice to owner regarding removal of a legally parked
11vehicle.--Upon the removal of a legally parked vehicle under
12subsection (c)(2) bearing a registration plate, current
13certificate of inspection or vehicle identification number
14plate, the police officer or the police officer's designee shall
15affix a sticker to the vehicle indicating the date, time and
16purpose of removal, the new location and the entity responsible
17for the removal.

18Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
