                                     AN ACT

     1  Making an appropriation to the Pennsylvania Fish Commission to
     2     cover the costs of certain free fishing licenses.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5  Section 1.  Appropriation.
     6     The sum of $716,000, or as much thereof as may be necessary,
     7  is hereby appropriated to the Pennsylvania Fish Commission for
     8  fiscal year July 1, 1989, to June 30, 1990, to reimburse the
     9  Commission for the free licenses issued under 30 Pa.C.S. § 2713
    10  (relating to appropriations for licenses issued without a fee).
    11  Section 2.  Effective date.
    12     This act shall take effect July 1, 1989, or immediately,
    13  whichever is later.
