AN ACT
Making appropriations from the Multimodal Transportation Fund to
the Department of Transportation for the fiscal year
beginning July 1, 2019, and for the payment of bills incurred
and remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal year ending
June 30, 2020.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
PART I
PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS
Section 101. Short title.
This act shall be known and may be cited as the Appropriation
Act of 2019 – Multimodal Transportation Fund.
PART III
MULTIMODAL TRANSPORTATION FUND APPROPRIATIONS
FOR 2019-2020
Section 301. Appropriations from Multimodal Transportation
Fund.
The following amounts, or as much thereof as may be
necessary, are hereby appropriated from the Multimodal
Transportation Fund to the Department of Transportation for the

purposes specified in this part for the fiscal year beginning
July 1, 2019, and for the payment of bills incurred and
remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal year ending June 30,
2020.
Section 302. Department of Transportation.
The following amounts are
appropriated to the Department
Transportation: Federal State
For PennPORTS – Philadelphia
Regional Port Authority Debt
Service.

PART V
MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
Section 501. (Reserved).
Section 502. Effective date.
This act shall take effect July 1, 2019, or immediately,
whichever is later.
