AN ACT
1 Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for unlawful use of lights while
3 hunting.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 2310 of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
8 § 2310. Unlawful use of lights while hunting.

10 (e) License to carry a firearm.--Nothing in this section or
11 section 2503 (relating to loaded firearms in vehicles) shall be
12 construed to prohibit any person who is in compliance with 18
13 Pa.C.S. § 6109 (relating to licenses) from carrying a loaded
14 handgun on or about his person or in a vehicle while attempting
15 to locate game or wildlife with an artificial light.
16 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
