AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for depositing material on
3 property.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 3709(b) of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a paragraph to read:
8 § 3709. Depositing waste and other material on highway,
9 property or waters.

11 (b) Removal of deposited material.--

13 (3) A driver of a commercial vehicle who drops a tire or
14 tire part on a highway shall immediately remove it or cause
15 it to be removed.

17 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
