AN ACT
1 Providing for the appointment of a single tax collector in the
2 municipality of Penn Hills and the Penn Hills School
3 District.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Appointment.
7 All taxes levied by the municipality of Penn Hills under the
8 act of December 31, 1965 (P.L.1257, No.511), known as The Local
9 Tax Enabling Act, shall be collected by the person or persons
10 appointed by the board of school directors for the Penn Hills
11 School District as collector or collectors of taxes levied by
12 the school district under The Local Tax Enabling Act.
13 Section 2. Effective date.
14 This act shall take effect September 1, 2001.
