AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, establishing the sufficiency of certain evidence.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. Section 3345 of Title 75, act of November 25,
6 1970 (P.L.707, No.230), known as the Pennsylvania Consolidated
7 Statutes, added June 17, 1976 (No.81), is amended by adding a
8 subsection to read:
9 § 3345. Meeting or overtaking school bus.

11 (k) Identification of violator.--In identifying an accused
12 for violation of this section, a school bus driver need not
13 describe the violator but it shall be sufficient to identify him
14 by the license plate of the accused and a description of the
15 motor vehicle.
16 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
