AN ACT 1 Designating U.S. Route 220 within Pennsylvania as the Disabled 2 American Veterans Highway; and designating a part of U.S. 3 Route 220 within Pennsylvania as the Disabled American 4 Veterans Highway. 5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 6 hereby enacts as follows: 7 Section 1. The section of U.S. Route 220 within the 8 Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is designated and shall be known as 9 the Disabled American Veterans Highway. 10 Section 2. Except as set forth in section 3, the section of 11 U.S. Route 220 within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is 12 designated and shall be known as the Disabled American Veterans 13 Highway. 14 Section 3. The designation under section 2 does not apply to 15 any of the following:
1 (1) The portion of U.S. Route 220 within the boundaries 2 of Lycoming County. 3 (2) The portion of Route 220 in Clinton County, 4 beginning at Exit 26 on Interstate 80 and ending at the 5 Lycoming County Line, designated as segment 010 to segment 6 0361, a distance of 16.997 miles. 7 Section 4.
