AN ACT
1 Making a supplemental appropriation to the Department of Health
2 for the Women, Infants and Children program.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $3,000,000 is hereby appropriated to
6 the Department of Health for a State supplement to the Federal
7 Special Supplemental Food Service Program for Women, Infants and
8 Children for the fiscal year July 1, 1999, to June 30, 2000, to
9 supplement the appropriation under section 215 of the act of May
10 5, 1999 (P.L. , No.1A), known as the General Appropriation
11 Act of 1999.
12 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
