AN ACT
1 Designating a certain bridge on SR 0054 over the North Branch of
2 the Susquehanna River connecting Riverside, Northumberland
3 County and Danville and Mahoning Townships, Montour County,
4 as the Danville-Riverside Bridge.
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. Danville-Riverside Bridge.
8 (a) Bridge designation.--The bridge over the North Branch of
9 the Susquehanna River which carries SR 0054 from Riverside,
10 Northumberland County, through Mahoning Township, Montour
11 County, and connecting with Danville, Montour County, is hereby
12 designated and shall be known as the Danville-Riverside Bridge.
13 (b) Erection of appropriate signs.--The Department of
14 Transportation shall erect and maintain signs which shall
15 display the name of Danville-Riverside Bridge at each end of the
16 bridge so designated in subsection (a).
17 Section 2. Effective date.
18 This act shall take effect immediately.
