                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of April 16, 1845 (P.L.532, No.348), entitled
     2     "An act to increase the revenues and diminish the legislative
     3     expenses of the commonwealth."

     4     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     5  hereby enacts as follows:
     6     Section 1.  The act of April 16, 1845 (P.L.532, No.348),
     7  entitled "An act to increase the revenues and diminish the
     8  legislative expenses of the commonwealth," is repealed.
     9     Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
