AN ACT 1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated 2 Statutes, further providing for reports by police. 3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 4 hereby enacts as follows: 5 Section 1. Section 3751 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania 6 Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read: 7 § 3751. Reports by police. 8 * * * 9 (c) Multipage police crash report form.--Use of the 10 multipage police crash report form prepared by the department 11 shall be discontinued and all forms recalled by the department. 12 To replace the form, the department shall convene a stakeholders
1 group to work with the department to develop a revised form. The 2 stakeholders shall include, but not be limited to, the 3 following: 4 (1) The chairman and minority chairman of the 5 Transportation Committee of the Senate and the chairman and 6 minority chairman of the Transportation Committee of the 7 House of Representatives or their designees. 8 (2) A representative of each of the following: 9 (i) The Pennsylvania Chiefs of Police Association. 10 (ii) The Pennsylvania State Police. 11 (iii) The Pennsylvania Lodge of the Fraternal Order 12 of Police. 13 (iv) The Pennsylvania State Troopers Association. 14 (v) The Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs. 15 (vi) The League of Cities. 16 (vii) The Pennsylvania State Association of Township 17 Supervisors. 18 (viii) The Pennsylvania League of Cities and 19 Municipalities. 20 (ix) The County Commissioners Association of 21 Pennsylvania. 22 Section 2.
