AN ACT
1 Amending the act of November 27, 1970 (P.L.773, No.256),
2 entitled "A supplement to the act of November 25, 1969
3 (P.L.310, No.133), entitled 'An act providing for the capital
4 budget for the fiscal year 1969-1970,' itemizing public
5 improvement projects to be acquired or constructed by the
6 General State Authority, together with their estimated
7 financial costs," further providing for a project.
8 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
9 hereby enacts as follows:
10 Section 1. Subclause XIII of clause A of section 2, act of
11 November 27, 1970 (P.L.773, No.256), known as the "Capital
12 Budget Act for Fiscal Year 1969-1970, Public Improvement Project
13 Itemization Supplement--General State Authority," is amended to
14 read:
15 Section 2. Itemization and Authorization of Projects.--
16 Additional capital projects in the category of public
17 improvement projects to be acquired or constructed by the
18 General State Authority, its successors or assigns, and to be
19 financed by the incurring of debt, are hereby itemized, together
1 with their respective estimated financial costs and the total
2 additional amount authorized for public improvement projects, as
3 follows:

6 XIII. Department of Transportation......... [900,000] 1,526,000
7 (1) Emergency Equipment and Maintenance Building,
8 Olmsted State Airport................... [900,000] 1,526,000
9 (Base Construction Cost [$720,000] $1,190,000)
10 SECTION 2. PROPERTY CONSTRUCTED OR IMPROVED WITH FUNDS <--
11 APPROPRIATED BY THIS ACT SHALL NOT BE TRANSFERRED BY THE
12 COMMONWEALTH UNLESS THE TRANSFEREE PAYS AN AMOUNT THAT EQUALS OR
13 EXCEEDS THE AMOUNT OF COMMONWEALTH FUNDS INVESTED IN THE
14 PROPERTY, OR THE BOND ISSUE OR PORTION THEREOF REPRESENTING THE
15 INDEBTEDNESS INCURRED FOR SUCH CONSTRUCTION OR IMPROVEMENT HAVE
16 BEEN RETIRED.
17 Section 2 3. This act shall take effect immediately. <--
