AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for photographic identification
3 cards.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 1510 of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
8 § 1510. Issuance and content of driver's license.

10 (b.1) Youthful persons.--Notwithstanding any other provision
11 of law or regulation of the department to the contrary, the
12 department may, upon payment of the required fee, issue a
13 photographic identification card to any person under 16 years of
14 age who has made application therefor in the manner prescribed
15 by the department for the issuance of identification cards
16 pursuant to subsection (b).
