AN ACT
1 Repealing the act of July 10, 1957 (P.L.630, No.339), entitled
2 "An act providing for the rendition of certain reports by
3 public bodies, corporate and politic, known as
4 'Authorities.'"
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. The act of July 10, 1957 (P.L.630, No.339),
8 entitled "An act providing for the rendition of certain reports
9 by public bodies, corporate and politic, known as
10 'Authorities,'" is repealed.
11 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
