AN ACT
1 Repealing the act of June 15, 1939 (P.L.372, No.217), entitled
2 "An act affecting cities of the second class A, authorizing
3 the annexation of boroughs and townships thereto under
4 certain conditions, and, in connection therewith, placing
5 duties upon or affecting courts of quarter sessions, county
6 boards of elections, and officers of boroughs, townships, and
7 cities of the second class A, and providing for the payment
8 of the indebtedness of the various territorial units
9 involved."
10 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
11 hereby enacts as follows:
12 Section 1. The act of June 15, 1939 (P.L.372, No.217),
13 entitled "An act affecting cities of the second class A,
14 authorizing the annexation of boroughs and townships thereto
15 under certain conditions, and, in connection therewith, placing
16 duties upon or affecting courts of quarter sessions, county
17 boards of elections, and officers of boroughs, townships, and
18 cities of the second class A, and providing for the payment of
19 the indebtedness of the various territorial units involved," is
20 repealed.
1 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
