AN ACT
1 Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
2 Consolidated Statutes, providing for reports of criminal
3 history record information involving school employees.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Title 18 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
7 Statutes is amended by adding a section to read:
8 § 9126. Reports involving school employees.
9 Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter or the
10 act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), known as the Public
11 School Code of 1949, a report for purposes of section 111 of the
12 Public School Code of 1949 shall not include any information
13 relating to violations of section 6308 (relating to purchase,
14 consumption, possession or transportation of liquor or malt or
15 brewed beverages).
16 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
