| AN ACT |
| |
1 | Designating a bridge on that portion of S.R. 130 over the |
2 | Norfolk Southern rail lines, Trafford Borough, Allegheny and |
3 | Westmoreland Counties, as the Trafford Veterans Memorial |
4 | Bridge. |
5 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
6 | hereby enacts as follows: |
7 | Section 1. Trafford Veterans Memorial Bridge. |
8 | (a) Designation.--The bridge that carries S.R. 130 in |
9 | Trafford Borough, Allegheny and Westmoreland Counties, over the |
10 | Norfolk Southern rail lines is hereby designated the Trafford |
11 | Veterans Memorial Bridge. |
12 | (b) Signs.–-The Department of Transportation shall erect and |
13 | maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the bridge to |
14 | traffic in both directions on the bridge. |
15 | Section 2. Effective date. |
16 | This act shall take effect in 60 days. |
