                                     AN ACT

     1  Repealing the act of June 13, 1836 (P.L.551, No.169), entitled
     2     "An act relating to roads, highways and bridges.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5     Section 1.  The act of June 13, 1836 (P.L.551, No.169),
     6  referred to as the General Road Law, is repealed.
     7     Section 2.  This act shall tale effect in 60 days.
