1Designating a portion of State Route 3031 in Richland and
2Conemaugh Townships, Cambria County, as the Lieutenant
3Colonel B.D. "Buzz" Wagner Memorial Highway.

4The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5hereby enacts as follows:

6Section 1. Lieutenant Colonel B.D. "Buzz" Wagner Memorial
7Highway.

8(a) Findings.--

9(1) Lieutenant Colonel B.D. "Buzz" Wagner was a World
10War II ace who lived in Johnstown and is buried in Grandview
11Cemetery.

12(2) On October 23, 2010, a memorial service with a
13flyover of two United States Air Force F-15s was held because
14a flyover was not possible in 1942 due to bad weather.

15(b) Designation.--The section of State Route 3031 in
16Richland and Conemaugh Townships, Cambria County, from
17Frankstown Road to Solomon Run Road is hereby designated the
18Lieutenant Colonel B.D. "Buzz" Wagner Memorial Highway.

1(c) Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
2maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the highway to
3traffic in both directions on the highway.

4Section 2. Effective date.

5This act shall take effect immediately.
