| AN ACT |
| |
1 | Amending Title 35 (Health and Safety) of the Pennsylvania |
2 | Consolidated Statutes, further providing for funds of |
3 | volunteer firefighters' relief associations. |
4 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
5 | hereby enacts as follows: |
6 | Section 1. Section 7416(f) of Title 35 of the Pennsylvania |
7 | Consolidated Statutes, added November 23, 2010 (P.L. No.118), |
8 | is amended by adding a paragraph to read: |
9 | § 7416. Funds. |

11 | (f) Funds of any volunteer firefighters' relief association |
12 | may be spent: |

14 | (17) To pay reasonable expenses actually and necessarily |
15 | incurred for attending bona fide emergency medical technician |
16 | or paramedic training schools. |
17 | Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately. |
