1Amending Title 34 (Game) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2Statutes, further providing for roster of parties hunting big

4The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5hereby enacts as follows:

6Section 1. Section 2324 of Title 34 of the Pennsylvania
7Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:

8§ 2324. [Roster of parties] Parties hunting big game.

9(a) Power of commission.--The commission may establish
10[roster requirements and] limitations applicable to groups or
11parties of persons hunting together or in unison or in any other
12manner cooperating with others while hunting for big game.

13[(b) Inspection of roster.--Each roster shall be open to
14inspection at any time by any officer of the commission and
15shall be produced in the field upon demand of any commission
16officer.]

17(b.1) Exclusion.--Limitations established by the commission
18under this section shall not include a roster requirement.

1(c) Penalty.--A violation of this section is a summary
2offense of the seventh degree.

3Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
