AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Please Touch Museum in
2 Philadelphia.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $250,000 is hereby appropriated to the
6 Please Touch Museum in Philadelphia for the fiscal year July 1,
7 1997, to June 30, 1998.
8 Section 2. Payments to the Please Touch Museum on account of
9 the appropriation provided in section 1 shall be made quarterly
10 by the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Historical and
11 Museum Commission.
12 Section 3. The Please Touch Museum shall provide such
13 information as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of
14 this act and in such form and manner as the Pennsylvania
15 Historical and Museum Commission shall prescribe.
16 Section 4. This act shall take effect immediately.
