AN ACT 1 Amending the act of July 2, 2006 (P.L.1640, No.2A), entitled,"An 2 act to provide from the General Fund for the expenses of the 3 Executive, Legislative and Judicial Departments of the 4 Commonwealth, the public debt and for the public schools for 5 the fiscal year July 1, 2006, to June 30, 2007, for certain 6 institutions and organizations, and for the payment of bills 7 incurred and remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal year 8 ending June 30, 2006; to provide appropriations from the 9 State Lottery Fund, the Energy Conservation and Assistance 10 Fund, the Hazardous Material Response Fund, The State Stores 11 Fund, the Milk Marketing Fund, the Home Investment Trust 12 Fund, the Emergency Medical Services Operating Fund, the 13 Tuition Payment Fund, the Banking Department Fund, the 14 Firearm Records Check Fund, the Ben Franklin Technology 15 Development Authority Fund, the Tobacco Settlement Fund and 16 the Health Care Provider Retention Account to the Executive 17 Department; to provide appropriations from the Judicial 18 Computer System Augmentation Account to the Judicial 19 Department for the fiscal year July 1, 2006, to June 30, 20 2007; to provide appropriations from the Motor License Fund 21 for the fiscal year July 1, 2006, to June 30, 2007, for the 22 proper operation of the several departments of the 23 Commonwealth and the Pennsylvania State Police authorized to 24 spend Motor License Fund moneys; to provide for the 25 appropriation of Federal funds to the Executive Department of 26 the Commonwealth and for the establishment of restricted 27 receipt accounts for the fiscal year July 1, 2006, to June 28 30, 2007, and for the payment of bills remaining unpaid at 29 the close of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2006; to provide 30 for the additional appropriation of Federal and State funds 31 from the General Fund, the Motor License Fund and the State 32 Lottery Fund for the Executive, Legislative and Judicial
1 Departments of the Commonwealth for the fiscal year July 1, 2 2005, to June 30, 2006, and for the payment of bills incurred 3 and remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal year ending 4 June 30, 2005," increasing, reducing and adding Federal and 5 State appropriations for various Executive departments and 6 agencies. 7 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania 8 hereby enacts as follows: 9 Section 1.
